How do you redo a bathroom, without completely destroying it and starting over? Mosaic tile and bold paint- that’s how! This bathroom does already have a pretty good start. It’s got beautiful plumbing and a blank canvas for tile. The previous resident chose a tasteful venetian plaster. The overall affect is pretty, but a little bland.
Well enter Kiki to change all of that! Taking some inspiration from a trip to Santorini, Greece. The beautiful Agean sea and the incredible sunsets, really gave me the idea. Still tranquil, but showstopping.
A seaglass looking mosaic tile. And this gorgeous deep agean paint color create the background. Then the addition of old-world looking venetian mirrors. Just a little feeling of history.
Here is the finished look. Added some “tropical beach” decor. And the haman citron towels from ABC Carpet & Home. A water inspired place to unwind.
